At High Life Hacked, we deeply value intentional participation and the integrity of the work we provide.

Because our programs, courses, coaching services, and digital materials include immediate access to proprietary educational content, frameworks, and resources, all sales are generally considered final unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

DIGITAL PRODUCTS & COURSES

Due to the nature of digital content and instant access to materials:
• Digital course purchases
• Downloadable resources
• Workbooks
• Templates
• Recorded trainings
• Webinar replays
• Membership content

are non-refundable once access has been granted.

COACHING PROGRAMS

Coaching programs, including the Career Reset System™, are subject to the terms outlined in the signed Coaching Agreement.

Clients are responsible for completing all agreed payment obligations regardless of participation level.

MERCHANDISE

Certain physical products are fulfilled through third-party production and fulfillment partners.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at customersupport@highlifehacked.com.

Where appropriate, replacement items or resolutions may be offered at our discretion.

 

EVENTS, WORKSHOPS & RETREATS

Future live events, workshops, or retreats may have separate cancellation and refund policies specific to each event.

These policies will be provided during registration.
